Job Summary

This role is accountable for enhancing the proficiency and effectiveness of Market Access (Max) Account Executives and other field personnel by providing ongoing learning and educational programming. The Director will lead a team with the authority to revise and implement new training programs that drive business growth while being Future Fit Now.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the strategic vision for MAx on-boarding programs for new hires and develop processes to streamline onboarding for channel teams.
  • Provide short- and long-term strategic vision by assessing Market Access gaps and changing healthcare dynamics, and identify solutions to present to Business Partners.
  • Ensure specific curriculum/learner journeys are available within the Learning Management System (LMS) according to various learners' profiles.
  • Work with Learning & Development personnel and BTS to build and maintain platform functionality requirements for the US MAx Organization.
  • Provide project management support for major programs such as NSM, ACCELERATE, ELEVATE, etc.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships within the department and stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver impactful account and sales force training, being accountable for all aspects of Market Access training.
  • Lead a team by developing current personnel for future roles and manage organizational changes and structure as the position and market dictate.
Requirements
  • Accountable for all aspects of training specific audiences on selling skills, disease state knowledge, product knowledge, sales policies and procedures, managed healthcare and public policy, and key operating systems.
