Job Description

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, coordinating project teams, and ensuring seamless execution of projects from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate project teams, including designers, architects, and engineers, to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
  • Financial Management: Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control, to ensure projects are delivered within budget.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Facilitate clear communication and collaboration among project team members, clients, and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Problem-Solving and Conflict Resolution: Identify and resolve project-related issues and conflicts in a timely and professional manner.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Design, or Architecture.
  • Experience: 7 years of project management experience in interior design, architecture, or a related field.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills, and proficiency in project management software and tools.
