Program Coordinator Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Program Coordinator to join our team at the University of New Mexico. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the implementation and management of multiple ECHO programs in New Mexico, supporting at least three to five programs each.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day operations of ECHO programs, including logistics and communications
  • Edit, maintain, and distribute fliers, announcements, and email communications
  • Monitor attendance data and enter data into necessary databases
  • Develop and maintain working SOPs for ECHO program maintenance
  • Regularly review and update SOPs to reflect program changes and improvements
  • Respond to program-specific email inquiries and direct inquiries to appropriate parties
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and support
  • Report PHI breaches and coordinate with ECHO teams to resolve issues
  • Provide support and note-taking for ECHO program launches and implementations
  • Assist in organizing and documenting hub team meetings and ECHO team meetings
  • Coordinate logistics for program activities and ensure smooth execution of program plans
  • Help create a collaborative team environment with diverse stakeholders
  • Coordinate provision of Joint Accreditation applications and reports, facilitator guides, and case forms
  • Manage distribution and collection of accreditation-related documents
  • Provide logistical support for facilitator guides and case forms
  • Deliver engaging presentations highlighting key features and benefits of NM programs
  • Engage with participants during training events, answering questions and providing insights
