About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Support Administrator to join our team at 360 Recruiting Group. As a Sales Support Administrator, you will play a critical role in assisting our sales team to ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process new orders and create proposals, quotes, and jobs with accuracy and urgency
  • Manage orders in production, including artwork proofs for client approval
  • Communicate with clients to answer questions and troubleshoot issues
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders
Requirements
  • Previous experience in a customer service role with a focus on detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in using Office 365 software and ability to learn proprietary order-entry management software
