Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Direct Support Professional to join our team at CCARC INC. As a Direct Support Professional, you will play a vital role in providing direct care to individuals with special needs in a residential setting.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide daily care and support to participants, including assistance with personal care, hygiene, and treatments.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to promote the physical, emotional, and mental well-being of participants.
  • Communicate effectively with participants, family members, guardians, and external healthcare providers to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Participate in social and recreational activities with participants, promoting their self-esteem and independence.
  • Manage household petty cash, food, and house money, adhering to CCARC INC's policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to complete Agency's Employee Training and obtain CPR, First Aid, PMT, and DDS Medication Administration certifications.
  • Experience with Microsoft products and email communication.
