Territory Sales Representative

The Territory Sales Representative - ASC is responsible for generating new business, closing business, setting up accounts, and maintaining relationships with clients.
This role is a sales representative knowledgeable about the non-acute product portfolio and is responsible for distribution and order processing for clients.
Responsibilities- Develop client pipelines and cultivate existing and new relationships with clients.
- Conduct data analytics and analyze market penetration on products in new and existing clients, identifying areas for development.
- Assist with distribution order support and coordination as needed.
- Coordinate pre-call planning with sales support staff and delegate data collection to Operation Team members.
- Determine prices offered to clients based on client Group Purchasing Agreements, finding suitable and cheaper alternatives if necessary, and determine rebate eligibility.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred.
- Minimum 4 years related sales experience preferred.
- Proven product knowledge in the business area.
- Must be experienced with business development and cold calling.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Strong business acumen.
- Demonstrate a history of high achievement and coachability through new challenges.
- Ability to travel as needed (about 4-6 overnights a month on average).
- Valid driver's license.
- Apply comprehensive knowledge and a thorough understanding of concepts, principles, and technical capabilities to perform varied tasks and projects.
- May contribute to the development of policies and procedures.
- Work on complex projects of large scope.
- Develop technical solutions to a wide range of difficult problems.
- Solutions are innovative and consistent with organization objectives.
- Complete work independently, receiving general guidance on new projects.
- Work reviewed for purpose of meeting objectives.
- May act as a mentor to less experienced colleagues.
$115,000 - $125,000 (includes targeted variable pay)
