We are seeking an experienced Studio Sales Manager to lead sales and operations at our new studio in Leawood, Kansas City. The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of fitness or relevant sales experience and be confident in generating personal sales and training sales reps in sales.

This is a highly competitive role with a base salary of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus commission paid on sales. We also offer the opportunity to bonus based on performance. Additionally, a signing bonus is available.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving membership sales through outside sales and business development efforts, leading generation including grassroots marketing and networking, and managing staff schedules. They will also supervise sales representatives and trainers, directly coordinate with vendors, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the fitness studio.
