About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Supply Chain Development Program at Anheuser-Busch. As a Supply Chain Trainee, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in various aspects of our supply chain operations, including logistics, transportation, and inventory management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Rotate through different functions within our supply chain operations to gain a comprehensive understanding of our business.
  • Gain front-line experience leading teams and executing operational processes.
  • Learn about supply chain support functions and other functions within our operational facilities.
  • Prepare for first placement as a front-line manager in our Sales & Distribution Centers, Breweries, or as a Specialist within our Central Services teams.
  • Participate in development opportunities to boost your supply chain skillset and build long-term career potential through leadership and functional trainings.
  • Work on project-based initiatives with real business impact, solving problems or implementing improvements in our supply chain organization.
  • Gain exposure to senior leaders and mentorship throughout the program.
Requirements
  • Current university student or recent university graduate with a Bachelor's Degree and a GPA of 3.0 or greater.
  • A background in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business may be helpful, but all majors are accepted.
  • Geographical and functional mobility to experience different functions and locations across the U.S. during the 12-month training program and beyond.
  • Ability to leverage data and insights to provide effective solutions to complex problems.
  • Demonstrated leadership capability in previous work experience and/or extracurricular activities.
  • Self-motivated to drive results and deliver above and beyond expectations.
  • Comfortable working in teams, actively listening, seeking diverse opinions, and fostering inclusion.
  • Embracing ambiguity and thriving in a fast-paced environment.
