Warranty Administrator Job Description

At Interstate Companies Inc, we are seeking a highly skilled Warranty Administrator to join our team at our Corporate Headquarters in Eagan, Minnesota. As a Warranty Administrator, you will play a critical role in our operations, working closely with our 31 repair facilities to address and resolve warranty claims.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Review and correct warranty paperwork from multiple repair facilities to ensure compliance with manufacturers' audit requirements.
  • Ensure that all aspects of warranty claims adhere to policy and procedure guidelines set forth by vendors and Interstate.
  • Create and monitor warranty claims on multiple vendor sites, balancing weekly credit memos and warranty parts returns.
  • Assist with warranty claims at branch level and work with the warranty department to ensure maximum warranty recovery with vendors.
Requirements:
  • Basic computer skills and proficiency in Excel, Word, and Excede OS.
  • Strong attention to detail, excellent communication and time management skills, and the ability to think outside the box.
  • 3 years of experience in truck or automotive service writing or warranty claim experience.
