Interstate Companies Inc is looking for an experienced Warranty Administrator for our new Corporate Headquarters in Eagan Minnesota. We are offering highly competitive wages

Warranty Administrators fulfill a critical role in our operations. Together with the team, a Warranty Administrator obtains claims from our 31 repair facilities then works to address and resolve those issues. We’re looking for a strong person to support our customers by providing exceptional warranty claim understanding of the truck service industry. Warranty Administrator Responsibilities:

  • Review and seek corrections of warranty paperwork from multiple repair facilities.
  • Ensure that all aspects of warranty claims adhere to manufacturers audit requirements.
  • Follow policy and procedure guidelines set forth by vendors and Interstate.
  • Create and monitor warranty claims on multiple vendor sights.
  • Balance out weekly credit memos.
  • Create and monitor warranty parts returns.
  • Assist with warranty claims at branch level and work with warranty department to ensure maximum warranty recovery with vendors.

Warranty Administrator Requirements:

  • Basic computer skills
  • Possess strong attention to detail
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Strong problem solver with the ability to think outside of the box.
  • 3 Years of Truck or Automotive Service Writing or Warranty claim Experience Required

Warranty Administrator Qualities:

  • Positive attitude, be self directed but also be able to operate in a team environment.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills including excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • Organized and able to manage time wisely.
  • The desire to succeed in a day-to-day challenging position.
  • Computer Skills (Excel, Word, Excede OS)
