Position: Inside Sales Representative

Company: NorCal Water Systems, Inc.

We are a premier dealer of Kinetico Water Systems in California, specializing in providing the most efficient water softening and filtration solutions. We are currently seeking a dedicated Inside Sales Representative to manage incoming leads and facilitate upgrade sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with potential customers through phone calls to set appointments for water quality consultations.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service with professionalism and integrity.
  • Oversee and manage assigned leads effectively.
  • Prepare written estimates for existing customer upgrade inquiries.
  • Consistently follow up with leads to nurture relationships.
  • Perform essential office tasks, including documentation for booking appointments and closing sales.
  • Conduct satisfaction checks with existing customers post-installation.
  • Assist the sales team as needed and perform cold calling when required.
  • Schedule service maintenance appointments and provide support in the service department.

Qualifications:

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Positive attitude coupled with a strong work ethic.
  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.
  • Proven ability to learn and apply new skills effectively.
  • Minimum of 2 years of successful sales experience.
  • Familiarity with Service Titan software is advantageous.
