Strategic Sales Leader

T. Marzetti Company, a leading manufacturer and marketer of specialty food products, is a subsidiary of Lancaster Colony Corporation. Our retail brands include Marzetti, New York Bakery, and Sister Schubert's, with exclusive license agreements for Olive Garden dressings, Chick-fil-A sauces, and Buffalo Wild Wings sauces. Our foodservice business supplies top restaurant chains in the United States.
**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly experienced sales professional to lead our Field Sales Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for translating corporate strategy into actionable sales plans, driving revenue growth, and building strong relationships with key customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Lead East Area Customers to achieve sales targets and profitable revenue growth
* Develop and align Go-to-Market strategies for each brand across each customer in the growth channel
* Build key collaborative relationships with customers and brokers
* Own and deliver AOP net revenue and OI targets
* Manage trade spending to ensure effective budget management and market alignment
* Align with cross-functional teams to support top strategic customers
**Requirements:**
* Minimum 10-12 years of experience in consumer-packaged goods with a background in sales, sales planning, category management, trade development, and/or customer finance/revenue growth management
* BS in business-related degree; MBA preferred
* Strong problem-solving abilities, team leadership skills, and excellent communication skills
* Ability to build strong relationships inside and outside the organization
**Working Conditions:**
The successful candidate will work in a normal office environment with regular travel requirements for customer, broker, and HQ meetings.
