  • Collaborate with Area Product Owners and the product team for continuous refinement of the product backlog and execution of the strategic roadmap.
  • Articulate and present strategies for product features, drafting epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria while actively participating in agile ceremonies.
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, driving the product vision and partnering with business stakeholders to implement necessary changes in operational policies and procedures.
  • Oversee existing product features and lead the research and development of new functionalities to enhance the product roadmap.
  • Facilitate customer-centric solutions across the organization in support of the Product Owner and Area Product Owners, acting as a subject matter expert on major business processes.
  • Engage with various teams, including legal, risk, operations, design, and technology, to define, prioritize, and deliver solutions aligned with the product vision.
  • Assist feature teams with minimum viable product (MVP) development, testing, user experience assessments, and product backlog refinement.
  • Support Product Owners and Area Product Owners in developing business cases and measuring operational outcomes.

Required Qualifications and Skills

  • 5+ years of experience or equivalent expertise in product management or a related field.
  • Advanced understanding of the product development lifecycle, design principles, and data analytics.
  • Proven track record in leading product lifecycle activities, including discovery, ideation, strategic development, and value management.
  • Experience with agile project management methodologies and tools (e.g., Confluence, JIRA, Git).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with effective backlog management skills.
  • Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate ideas clearly in both written and verbal formats.
  • A collaborative team player, always ready to assist colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience in a complex, matrixed organization.
  • Leadership and negotiation skills, with prior experience managing a team of product associates.
  • Attention to detail and the ability to adapt to shifting business priorities.
  • Self-motivated and capable of navigating ambiguous situations.
  • Familiarity with the financial services industry and its regulatory, legal, and risk frameworks.
