About the Role

This is a pivotal leadership position within Knowhirematch, playing a crucial role as part of the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the strategic vision that supports the company's ambitious goal of doubling in size every 3-5 years.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the sales team to drive top-line growth and maximize gross margins across the company's diverse range of industries.
  • Develop and execute sales plans to maximize market penetration and drive organic growth through pipeline development.
  • Map, profile, and segment the customer base to improve sales efficiencies and maximize margin potentials through market pricing and efficient quoting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on initiatives and deliver proactive and regular communication with customers.
  • Manage sales and expenses to budget and provide competitive leading technical support to customers.
Requirements
  • Strong leader with disciplined and rigorous approach to delivering sales excellence.
  • Ability to influence and inspire, at times, without direct line authority.
  • Successfully operate in a fast-paced environment and innovate, create, and challenge the status quo.
  • Strong change management, leadership, and teamwork skills, with excellent written and oral communication skills, including numeracy.
  • Competent with business systems, such as CRM and ERP.
Experience and Education
  • 7 years+ B2B sales or related field experience.
  • Experience in leadership roles, with a track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Strong data analytical skills and attention to detail, with experience with lean management tools (e.g., Kaizen) a plus.
