About the Role

Responsibilities
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to the nursing team, ensuring that residents receive high-quality care and services.
  • Collaborate with physicians, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and services for residents.
  • Develop and implement clinical quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident outcomes and satisfaction.
  • Recruit, hire, and train clinical team members, and provide performance management and evaluation.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain accurate records and reports.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as an RN, with a minimum of 1 year in home health, assisted living, or long-term care.
  • 1+ years of nursing management experience, including hiring, coaching, performance management, scheduling, and daily operations supervision.
  • Experience in tracking, trending, and analyzing clinical performance data is preferred.
