Position Overview

Epic Asset Management is on the lookout for a dedicated Maintenance Service Group member to join our team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of our apartment communities in the Greater Seattle area.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and expertise across various maintenance tasks.
  • Oversee and coordinate the maintenance team to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Ensure resident satisfaction through timely and quality repairs.
  • Perform repairs and maintenance on plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC units, appliances, carpentry, and painting.
Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A minimum of three years of relevant industry experience.
  • A valid 07B Electrical Certification.
