This role is integral to a person-centered integrated care team, where you will be the first point of contact for patients and colleagues, delivering exceptional customer service as they arrive.

Key Details:
This position operates Monday through Friday, with a rotating Saturday shift.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Welcome patients and visitors with a warm and professional demeanor.
  • Perform data entry, manage intake documentation, verify insurance details, and collect co-pays when necessary.
  • Respond to all incoming calls and emails courteously, directing inquiries to the appropriate staff members.
  • Handle daily mail distribution efficiently.
  • Maintain adequate stock of office supplies and personal protective equipment (PPE).
  • Collaborate with the IT department to ensure all office equipment and printers are functioning correctly.
  • Adhere to daily room schedules for both clients and staff.
  • Ensure the office environment is tidy and organized.

Additional Duties:

  • Comply with all HIPAA regulations and guidelines.
  • Conduct oneself in accordance with the employee manual.
  • Stay informed about updates and changes, communicating them to the Office Supervisor.



Qualifications:
High School diploma or GED is preferred.
Minimum of one year of experience in customer service is required.
