Overview

PingWind is in search of a proficient and seasoned Lead Business Systems Consultant to enhance our team. In this role, you will be tasked with evaluating business workflows, pinpointing enhancement opportunities, and executing strategies to boost operational efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities

Primary Duties:

  • Utilize data provided by cost estimators to formulate a comprehensive cost-benefit analysis, taking into account functional advantages, technical performance, risks, and scheduling issues.
  • Conduct thorough analyses of the IT business landscape and information environment, including activities and events.
  • Identify trends, discrepancies, and perform data reviews, complemented by strong report writing capabilities.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document their requirements effectively.
  • Facilitate interviews, surveys, and workshops to collect pertinent information.
  • Assess current business processes and systems to discover areas for enhancement.
  • Evaluate the implications of proposed modifications on business operations.
  • Design and recommend technological solutions to tackle business challenges.
  • Create detailed system specifications and documentation.
