We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the role of Leasing Consultant for a community in the Hyattsville, MD area. The ideal candidate will be motivated, friendly, and experienced in leasing, with a strong ability to provide excellent customer service to new and existing residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and prospective residents
  • Tour properties and showcase amenities to potential clients
  • Utilize software to contact leads, schedule tours, and complete guest cards
  • Stay up-to-date on current specials and promotions
  • Ensure compliance with Fair Housing regulations

Requirements:

  • Multi-family leasing experience is a must
  • Ability to speak both Spanish and English fluently
  • Fair Housing expertise
  • Outgoing and friendly personality
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
