Grants Consultant

CMT Services, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Grants Consultant to join our team. As a Grants Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive grants process for our clients.

• Conduct a thorough analysis of current grants processes and identify areas for improvement.
• Develop a formalized grants process roadmap, offering solutions to streamline and enhance grants management.
• Assist in identifying suitable grant opportunities and provide strategic guidance for proposal writing and management.
• Provide continuous support throughout the contract, helping to identify new public and private funding opportunities.

• Proven experience in grants management, with expertise in both federal and private funding mechanisms.
• Strong track record of developing grants processes for educational institutions or non-profits.
• Familiarity with federal agencies such as the Department of Labor, NSA, and Department of Education.
• Exceptional project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
