We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hospitality Operations Manager to join our team at Holroyd Howe. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site-specific hospitality services at all four locations, ensuring that all contractual and event requirements are met.
  • Drive hospitality performance through management and monitoring of KPIs, labor, and costs, ensuring that costs are controlled and charged in line with budget.
  • Ensure that all costs are controlled and managed through regular stock takes and liaison with all departments.
  • Seek new ways to control costs and drive service standards across the hospitality department.
  • Facilitate a high-support, high-challenge performance management culture that motivates an engaged workforce.
