Key Responsibilities:
- Manage site-specific hospitality services at all four locations, ensuring that all contractual and event requirements are met.
- Drive hospitality performance through management and monitoring of KPIs, labor, and costs, ensuring that costs are controlled and charged in line with budget.
- Ensure that all costs are controlled and managed through regular stock takes and liaison with all departments.
- Seek new ways to control costs and drive service standards across the hospitality department.
- Facilitate a high-support, high-challenge performance management culture that motivates an engaged workforce.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a similar environment at a management level, with excellent supervisory and communication skills.
