Corporate Control Team
As a member of the Corporate Control team, you will collaborate with a diverse group of professionals, gaining valuable insights into PepsiCo's multifaceted operations. We seek high-caliber individuals with a range of backgrounds, including those with experience in public accounting.

Key Responsibilities
As a Control and Reporting Manager, your responsibilities will include:

  • Leading the Debt and Derivative Accounting Center of Excellence.
  • Collaborating with various teams to enhance processes and implement technology solutions.
  • Managing foreign exchange, commodity, and interest rate risks while providing exposure to senior management.
  • Preparing and reviewing accounting entries and reports related to hedging programs.
  • Coordinating accounting closes in partnership with Treasury.
  • Communicating regularly with sectors regarding derivative activities.
  • Assisting in the implementation of new hedging programs.
  • Reviewing documentation and preparing debt files.
  • Coaching and mentoring team members.
  • Ensuring effective internal controls and conducting SOX testing.
  • Preparing quarterly and annual financial disclosures.
  • Presenting analyses to senior leadership.
  • Supporting audit committee and board presentations.
  • Contributing to new debt issuances and related documentation.
  • Engaging in ad hoc projects as necessary.

Compensation and Benefits
The expected compensation range for this position is between $85,200 - $142,650, based on a full-time schedule. Actual starting salary will be determined by location, job-related skills, and experience. Additional benefits include performance-based bonuses, paid time off, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • A CPA certification with a minimum of 6 years of experience in Accounting or Auditing.

Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will also have:

  • Experience with Big 4 accounting firms.
  • A flexible and resourceful approach with a commitment to continuous improvement.
  • A growth mindset and a passion for learning.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with financial software.
  • The ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
