About the Position

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Dispatcher/Coordinator to join our team at American Fitness Services LLC. As a key member of our administrative team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day service operations.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Office Administrator, Secretary, or relevant administrative role. You should be highly organized, able to multitask with ease, and have excellent written and oral communication skills.

Main Responsibilities
  • Drafting correspondence and formal documents
  • Coordinating appointments and events
  • Creating estimates and sending them to customers
  • Receiving and allocating parts for technicians
  • Purchasing parts from vendors
  • Filing warranty claim forms
  • Managing telephone calls and emails
  • Organizing filing systems
  • Completing other office tasks

Estimated Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, based on qualifications and experience.
