About the Opportunity

Homeward Title is in search of a high-performing Title & Escrow Manager to oversee our operations.

The Title and Escrow Manager will lead a team of Escrow Officers and Assistants responsible for processing title documents and communicating essential closing details to clients.

This role involves managing workflows to ensure timely completion of transactions by coordinating the acquisition of necessary Title & Escrow information. Familiarity with standard practices and procedures within the title and escrow industry is essential.

About You:
- 5+ years of leadership and team management experience in the title sector
- Escrow license required
- Comprehensive understanding of the title process from initiation to conclusion
- Proven success in the title and settlement field
- Experience managing a title agency with a focus on resale transactions
- Previous experience in launching and scaling operations is highly advantageous
- Familiarity with Qualia is preferred but not mandatory
- Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies
- Customer-focused with the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, evolving environment while exceeding client expectations
- Strong communication skills
- Tech-savvy and quick to learn new software
- Positive, empathetic attitude with a willingness to assist as needed.

Key Responsibilities:


- Collaborate with the Homeward Title management team to formulate, communicate, and implement new policies and procedures to facilitate market growth.

- Leverage data and metrics to identify trends and manage team performance.
- Address challenges to enhance the implementation of best practices.
- Ensure compliance across documentation, audits, and issue resolution.
- Analyze critical reports, scrutinize data, and make informed decisions for teams of Escrow Officers, Escrow Assistants, Funders, and Examiners.
- Serve as a subject matter expert on state-specific issues and collaborate with other departments to provide title recommendations.
- Act as the primary contact for urgent market concerns.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary: $90,000 - $100,000
