- Examine documents from the database for sufficiency in various transactions
- Evaluate and compile documents for the production of title insurance commitments
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide timely follow-up
- Assist supervisors in assigning work and monitoring production of clerical and title support personnel
- Complete weekly and monthly reports
Education and Experience
- Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; or three to five years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience
- Knowledge of real estate financing, escrow, title, and conveyance terminology
- Ability to multitask, plan, organize, and prioritize work; maintain an organized office; operate office equipment; communicate effectively; and participate in company-sponsored training
