Position Summary:
The Warehouse Operations Supervisor is tasked with managing the processes of inventory handling, including the building, loading, and verification of stock, while overseeing the personnel engaged in these activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of load assembly and returns.
- Lead a team by utilizing performance metrics to enhance warehouse productivity.
- Supervise and implement stock rotation practices in accordance with code date regulations.
- Oversee the repackaging area to guarantee proper product accountability and adherence to quality standards.
- Facilitate the check-in process for Delivery Technicians, addressing breakage, mis-picks, and trades as required.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned.
Essential Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Self-driven with a focus on achieving results.
- Highly organized, capable of managing priorities and coordinating various projects.
- Physical capability to lift, load, unload, and maneuver products weighing up to 60 lbs frequently and up to 165 lbs occasionally.
- Ability to work in both refrigerated and standard warehouse environments.
- Proficient in operating warehouse machinery, including pallet jacks, sit-down forklifts, and powered hand trucks.
Qualifications:
- Must be at least 21 years old.
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Participation in all mandatory meetings, webinars, and conference calls.
- Completion of all assigned training programs.
