Senior Sales Executive General Construction

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate new product leads and business opportunities that translate into company revenue
  • Prospect, propose, and close on new revenue opportunities
  • Prepare and define scopes of work and estimates
  • Network with IT and building facilities personnel within government and commercial organizations
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of mission-critical power and cooling industry trends and technologies
  • Conceptualize and execute creative strategies, programs, and tools that support clients' strategic objectives
  • Maintain all sales demonstration tools and applications
  • Establish a positive working relationship with clients, vendors, and colleagues
  • Operate vehicles and equipment safely, adhering to safety protocols and reporting hazards and risks

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent education and experience
  • 5-8 years of outside sales experience in General Construction or Data Center
  • A minimum of a Secret Clearance (preferred)
