Duration: 12 Months (Temp to Perm)
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver intricate analytics and reporting services aimed at enhancing and automating client processing systems. Address moderate to complex client concerns.
- Provide direct guidance to various organizational units to ensure prompt service delivery or issue resolution. Collaborate with teams to ensure that challenges are being effectively addressed.
- Engage in product development, enhancements, and system testing to guarantee that products efficiently manage high-value transactions.
- Resolve complex issues utilizing a comprehensive understanding of system intricacies. Combine extensive area knowledge with industry standards to offer solutions to both internal and external clients.
- Support junior client processing roles and may oversee the allocation and review of team members' work.
- May take on specific supervisory responsibilities, including training and approval tasks.
- Contribute to the success of related teams' objectives. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with 5-7 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in brokerage processing is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits:
Pay Range: $25 per hour
Compensation will be determined based on various factors, including education, experience, location, job duties, and certifications.
