POSITION SUMMARY
Anticipated to provide exceptional service, the Front Office Agent plays a crucial role in ensuring a remarkable guest experience at our luxury resort.

Situated on a stunning beachfront property, our expansive resort features multiple pools, a winding river, and a unique saltwater lagoon filled with marine life.

Our amenities include a state-of-the-art spa, extensive meeting spaces, and a diverse selection of dining options, including several restaurants and bar venues.

The distinguished service and expertise of our team will enhance these exquisite facilities, creating an iconic destination for guests.

Our focus extends beyond just facilitating check-ins and check-outs; we aim to craft memorable and unique experiences for our guests.

As Guest Experience Experts, we take the initiative to provide a comprehensive range of services that guide guests throughout their stay.

We are empowered to navigate our environment and fulfill the needs of our guests.

Whether addressing operational requirements, responding to guest inquiries, completing reports, or sharing local highlights, the Guest Experience Expert ensures that every interaction contributes to a seamless experience.


Success in this role requires adherence to essential practices, including creating a safe work environment, following company policies, maintaining confidentiality, safeguarding company assets, upholding quality standards, and ensuring a professional appearance and communication style.

Guest Experience Experts will remain active and engaged (standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods) and will take a hands-on approach to their responsibilities (moving, lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, and placing objects weighing up to 10 pounds without assistance).

Executing these tasks effectively (along with other reasonable job duties as assigned) is vital for Guest Experience Experts to ensure satisfaction for both our guests and our business.


PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

Education:
High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.

Related Work Experience:
No prior experience required.

Supervisory Experience:
No supervisory experience required.

License or Certification:
None
