POSITION SUMMARY
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Room Service Telephone Operator at our luxury resort. This role is essential in providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently.

As a key member of our communication team, you will be responsible for managing all incoming guest calls, requests, and inquiries. Your role will involve operating the telephone switchboard, processing wake-up calls, and handling various guest services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Answering and logging all guest calls and requests.
  • Monitoring and managing busy lines, ensuring timely follow-ups with guests on hold.
  • Accurately relaying messages and activating guest room message lights as needed.
  • Providing internet access instructions and troubleshooting basic connectivity issues.
  • Coordinating with other departments to resolve guest concerns effectively.
  • Ensuring all communications equipment is functioning properly.

We expect you to maintain a professional demeanor, adhering to company policies and procedures. You will also be responsible for maintaining confidentiality and protecting company assets.
