Key Responsibilities

As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for:

  • Client Project Support
    • Develop and implement customized HR solutions for clients, including job descriptions, compensation ranges, HR process checklists, employee retention tools, and compliance reports.
    • Coordinate leave management and ensure seamless communication with clients and internal stakeholders.
    • Provide exceptional service to clients and support managers in new client onboarding and assessment meetings.
    • Assess and update client documents, including digital onboarding and compliance materials.
    • Collaborate with HR Advisors to develop strategic plans and improve client satisfaction.
  • Administrative Support
    • Create and update client documents, including digital onboarding and compliance materials.
    • Assist clients with FMLA documents and compliance.
    • Document disciplinary actions and maintain accurate records.
    • Customize and maintain training presentations and materials.
    • Perform other duties as assigned to support business needs.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Minimum two (2) years' experience in Human Resources.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws, including FLSA, FMLA, EEO, ADA, and their impact on employers and employees.
  • Ability to interact positively with diverse personalities and client needs.
  • Strong organization and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in iSolved and Microsoft Office 365.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, including writing, editing, and presenting.
