Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere for our members
  • Present the Orange Theory concept to prospective clients and introduce them to our unique fitness experience
  • Work closely with our trainers to guide new members through their first workout and ensure a seamless onboarding process
  • Sell memberships and promote our studio to help drive growth and revenue
  • Participate in marketing events and outreach initiatives to build our community
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
