Job Description

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for greeting members, presenting the OTF concept, working at the front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships. You'll also participate in marketing and outreach events, and ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized.

Responsibilities
  • Greet members with enthusiasm and energy
  • Presentation of the OTF concept to interested consumers
  • Working at the front desk, answering phones, and talking to members
  • Give studio tours
  • Work with trainers to guide intros through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Sell memberships to help the studio thrive
  • Follow up on prospective clients
  • Handle members' concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events
  • Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
