Job SummaryWe're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you'll be responsible for greeting members, presenting the OTF concept, working at the front desk, giving studio tours, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.
Key Responsibilities- Greet members with enthusiasm and energy, and present the OTF concept to interested consumers
- Work at the front desk, answering phones and talking to members
- Give studio tours and work hand-in-hand with trainers to guide new members through their first Orangetheory workout
- Sell memberships to help the studio grow
- Follow up with prospective clients and handle members' concerns in a professional and objective manner
- Participate in marketing and outreach events
- Ensure all areas of the studio are kept clean and organized
