About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Associate. As a key member of our studio, you will be responsible for greeting clients, presenting our concept, and selling memberships to help our studio thrive.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients with enthusiasm and energy, providing a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Present our concept to interested consumers, highlighting the benefits of our unique fitness program.
  • Conduct studio tours, showcasing our facilities and equipment.
  • Work closely with trainers to guide new clients through their first Orangetheory workout.
  • Sell memberships and follow up with prospective clients to ensure a seamless experience.
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio and services.
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment, ensuring a safe and healthy space for our clients.

Orangetheory is a 1-hour, full-body heart rate zone and strength training workout that delivers a more personalized experience in a group setting. Our workout classes boost metabolism, burn fat and calories, build strength and confidence, and improve overall fitness.
