About Us

At Orangetheory, we're passionate about helping people live longer, more vibrant lives through fitness. Our science-based, full-body workout uses technology to measure performance, and our highly trained coaches lead members through a 60-minute class that targets at least 12 minutes in the Orange Zone to raise heart rates and charge up metabolism.

Job Summary

We're seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Sales Associates. As a Sales Associate, you'll be the face of our studio, greeting members with enthusiasm and energy, presenting our concept to interested consumers, and working at our front desk to answer phones and respond to member inquiries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet members with a smile and provide exceptional customer service
  • Present our concept to interested consumers and guide them through their first Orangetheory workout
  • Work at our front desk, answering phones and responding to member inquiries
  • Give studio tours and showcase our facilities
  • Work with trainers to guide members through their first workout and provide a seamless experience
  • Sell memberships and help our studio thrive
  • Follow up with prospective clients and ensure a smooth onboarding process
  • Handle member concerns in a professional and objective manner
  • Participate in marketing and outreach events to promote our studio
  • Maintain a clean and organized studio environment
