Bilingual Financial Services Associate

This position is full-time and primarily phone-based, and no financial background is necessary to excel in this role. We value individuals who can empathize with others and provide exceptional service. We offer comprehensive training, a complete work-from-home computer setup, and all necessary resources.
Fidelity is in search of bilingual phone representatives who are eager to support our clients in Spanish. We have several Spanish-speaking teams that deliver financial assistance to our global clientele. All training and onboarding will be conducted in English, with the potential to transition to our Spanish teams once you are proficient in handling calls in English. If you are comfortable conversing over the phone in both English and Spanish, this opportunity is tailored for you.
Your Impact:
- Build rapport and demonstrate empathy with clients, ensuring they feel valued.
- Utilize internal resources effectively (e.g., computer systems, online tools, and business partner connections) to find the right solutions for clients.
- Exhibit outstanding customer service skills, showing persistence in resolving issues and accurately processing transactions.
- Clearly define problems and raise concerns when necessary.
- Take initiative to acquire the knowledge and expertise needed to effectively address customer inquiries.
- Assist clients with professionalism while adhering to measurable business objectives.
Qualifications and Skills:
- A degree or experience in customer service is advantageous. If you do not possess a degree but wish to pursue one, Fidelity offers tuition reimbursement programs to support your educational goals.
- Strong listening and empathy skills to assist our diverse clientele.
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) to support customers through various channels (e.g., email, live chat, etc.).
- A service-oriented mindset and a supportive team player.
- Proficiency in personal computer use, with the ability to type 40 words per minute and pass a standard English grammar assessment.
- Proactive problem-solving abilities.
- Capability to manage challenging situations and conversations through voice or digital channels.
- Skillful questioning to uncover hidden customer needs.
- Ability to identify necessary actions to achieve positive outcomes.

Work Schedule:
Monday to Friday, 40 hours per week (must have open availability from 7:30 AM to 11:00 PM CST). Overtime hours are encouraged during peak call periods.
