Customer Service Administrative Coordinator

This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional front-line support to students, faculty, staff, and visitors who engage with the Office of the Registrar.
It is essential to maintain a welcoming and supportive attitude consistently, even during busy periods. Proactively ensure that customers receive prompt and precise assistance. Stay well-informed about the comprehensive operations of the Office of the Registrar as well as general knowledge about the university. This position requires a strong customer service orientation and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment.Key Responsibilities:
Tasks include aiding customers with online services, managing special enrollment requests (such as course changes, cancellations, re-instatements, and petitions), processing paperwork, fulfilling certification and transcript requests, assisting with veteran eligibility documentation, adjusting fees, handling withdrawals, diploma inquiries, graduation status, course auditing, personal information updates, maintaining privacy flags, managing enrollment holds, and addressing various inquiries related to the university.
Support the Academic Records and Administrative Services teams during slower periods at the customer service desk.

Safeguard confidentiality and secure operations by protecting sensitive information and facilities.
Foster a positive work atmosphere by interacting respectfully with students, colleagues, supervisors, and clients. Proactively identify and report any issues to your supervisor using established resolution protocols. Any failure to report known issues will be regarded as inadequate performance.
Frequent use of computer systems is required.
