Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at Equinox. As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling club memberships, prospecting new business, and hosting events and workshops to generate leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell club memberships to new and existing customers
- Prospect new business and clients through strategic outreach and referrals
- Host events and workshops to generate leads and promote club services
- Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals
- Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members
- Stay up-to-date on club services, programs, and products to provide expert knowledge to members
Requirements:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
- Personal passion for health and fitness
- Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
