Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Membership Sales Representative to join our team at Equinox. As a Membership Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling club memberships, prospecting new business, and hosting events and workshops to generate leads.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sell club memberships to new and existing customers
  • Prospect new business and clients through strategic outreach and referrals
  • Host events and workshops to generate leads and promote club services
  • Achieve or exceed individual sales goals, renewals, and ancillary service goals
  • Build rapport and lasting relationships with prospective and current members
  • Stay up-to-date on club services, programs, and products to provide expert knowledge to members

Requirements:

  • Previous sales experience preferred
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Confidence to perform on an incentive-based salary
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly disposition
  • Personal passion for health and fitness
  • Ability to work a minimum of 40 hours per week, including weekends
  • Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
