Job Title: Administrative Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and dynamic Administrative Coordinator to oversee our team of Administrative Assistants at Living Innovations Support Services LLC. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our administrative functions and providing exceptional support to our staff and clients.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Supervise Administrative Team Leaders to ensure efficient workflow and delegate tasks accordingly.
  • Provide administrative support to the State and Associate Directors, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing reports.
  • Coordinate office operations, such as ordering supplies, maintaining equipment, and managing facilities.
  • Manage the training and development of Administrative Assistants to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Provide project support for the state of Maine via Maine State Director.

Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalency.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience providing administrative support to multiple managers and/or executive-level individuals.
  • A valid state issued driver's license and proof of current vehicle insurance.
  • Must pass comprehensive background checks per state and company regulations/policies.
