Compensation:

$80,000+ at plan commission

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure a seamless transaction experience for clients by supervising the closing process
  • Consistently follow up with leads to grow the sales pipeline
  • Nurture relationships with clients to generate more sales
  • Meet with clients to understand their home needs and preferences, then meet those needs and sell them a home
  • Leverage local knowledge to provide valuable insights about potential homes and neighborhoods
  • Perform comparative market analysis to estimate property values
  • Negotiate on behalf of clients to secure the best possible terms
  • Provide guidance and support to clients in buying and selling property under the best terms
  • Prepare necessary documentation (contracts, leases, etc.)
  • Collaborate with appraisers, lenders, inspectors, and attorneys
Requirements:
  • Effective time management and organizational skills
  • Self-motivation and drive
  • A proven sales history is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills (oral and written)
  • Comfortable with cold calling
  • Licensed NYS Real Estate Salesperson or Associate Broker
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
