Clinic Aide Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prepare and sanitize treatment rooms, equipment, and common areas to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Provide equipment and supplies for therapists, assist with therapy equipment maintenance, and ensure timely repairs.
  • Participate in the therapeutic experience of clients under the guidance of licensed clinicians as needed.
  • Support clinicians by facilitating smooth client transitions between sessions and maintaining a safe working environment.
  • Assist with Front Office Administrator responsibilities, including greeting clients, answering phones, and scheduling appointments.
  • Monitor center inventory and inform the Front Office Administrator or Operations Manager of needed supplies.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Completed health science-related courses, developed knowledge of anatomy/physiology, and an interest in pursuing a career in healthcare.
  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative experience in an office setting.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with the clinical team.
  • Proficiency in using software and systems, including electronic medical record systems and Microsoft Office products.
