Primary Responsibilities:

  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate client meetings and events, ensuring seamless execution.
  • Maintain accurate records and communicate client information effectively.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in finance or trust services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.

The estimated salary range for this position is $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
