Estate Planning Attorney for Corporate Clients

LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a highly regarded, full-service law firm in the southeastern United States to recruit an experienced Tax Associate Attorney.

The ideal candidate will have 3+ years of experience in estate planning matters for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth clients, and/or experience with corporate tax. The firm will consider an experienced associate-level attorney or more experienced partner-level attorneys. A portable book of business is welcomed but not required.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Drafting complex wills and trusts, including IDGTs, GRATs, and revocable trusts, and other estate planning instruments.
  • Preparing and reviewing federal estate and gift tax returns.
  • Advising clients on the formation, operation, and disposition of various closely held businesses.
  • Advising corporate clients on tax implications of various business structures and transactions, including tax aspects of mergers and acquisitions.

Compensation: Salary estimated at $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, commensurate with experience. To be considered for this position, please submit your application below.
