Salary$120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

The Relationship Manager serves as the primary contact for clients, responsible for delivering The Trust Company's client promise and building strong individual, family, and company relationships. This position requires a thorough knowledge of services and a commitment to maintaining a culture of outstanding service.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, be able to work with a wide range of client personalities and demographics, and have experience working with High-Net-Worth clients.

This role also involves:

  • Maintaining positive client relationships through regular meetings and reviews.
  • Providing superior client services by following up on documentation and correspondence.
  • Developing and implementing distribution plans according to trust terms and beneficiary needs.
  • Administering trusts in collaboration with other teams to provide an outstanding client experience.
  • Proactively managing client interests and reviewing trust agreements to limit regulatory risk.

The successful candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize multiple deadlines. They will also be able to work independently and in a team environment.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, trust, or wealth management preferred.
  • Three to five years of experience in relationship and investment management specific to Personal Trusts preferred.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work with a wide range of client personalities and demographics.
  • Experience with High-Net-Worth clients a plus.
  • Organized and detail-oriented.
  • Must be able to multi-task and prioritize multiple deadlines.
