Wells Fargo is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Financial Performance Specialist in Wealth and Investment Management as part of Wells Fargo Advisors.

About this role:

We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as a Financial Performance Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting Financial Advisors and providing critical analytics to help them make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Financial Advisors: Work closely with Financial Advisors to provide timely and accurate analytics to help them make informed decisions.
  • Provide Critical Analytics: Develop and provide critical analytics to Financial Advisors on existing and prospective clients.
  • Market Research: Conduct intensive market research to track new leads and follow-up with prospects.
  • Data Analysis: Collect and analyze data to develop reports for clients or internal management.
  • Presentation Skills: Create pitch book presentations and materials for client meetings.
  • Quality Control: Verify the accuracy of all portfolio and benchmark performance results and monitor performance trends.
  • Client Communication: Respond to client requests and conduct special projects/analyses.

Requirements:

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced professional with a strong background in performance analysis. The ideal candidate will have:

  • 4+ years of performance analysis experience: Or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education.
  • FINRA Licenses: Successfully completed Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) Series 7 and 66 (or 63 and 65) examinations (or FINRA recognized equivalents) sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration.
  • Strong Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Teamwork: Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels.
  • Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.

Salary Range: $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on experience.

Location: Nashville, TN.
