Responsibilities Include:

  • Utilize multiple databases and tools to locate people or property.
  • Build successful relationships with contractors and clients to service accounts.
  • Obtain necessary documentation or guidance to pursue defaulted property.
  • Provide frequent updates to summarize progress made throughout the process.
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal codes, regulations, and laws.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical, administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) or Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).

This role offers a base compensation of $20.00/hour, with opportunities for commission, and benefits including Paid Time Off and 401k match.
