Financial Recovery Specialist

Express Employment Professionals Defunct is seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Financial Recovery Specialist in Nashville, NC.
This position involves locating leased property when loans have been defaulted upon, utilizing research, analysis, and relationship building to recover the financed property.
The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, along with a professional demeanor and presentation.
Responsibilities Include:
- Utilize multiple databases and tools to locate people or property.
- Build successful relationships with contractors and clients to service accounts.
- Obtain necessary documentation or guidance to pursue defaulted property.
- Provide frequent updates to summarize progress made throughout the process.
- Ensure compliance with state and federal codes, regulations, and laws.
Desired Qualifications:
- Strong analytical, administrative, organizational, and time management skills.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of rules and regulations pertaining to the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau (CFPB) or Fair Debt Collections Practices Act (FDCPA).
This role offers a base compensation of $20.00/hour, with opportunities for commission, and benefits including Paid Time Off and 401k match.
