Lead the Market Center:

  • Enhance retention and productivity for both new and existing team members.
  • Oversee the recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding processes.
  • Secure a leading market position in targeted areas.
  • Drive the Market Center towards achieving acceptable profitability.

Recruitment Duties:

  • Identify and attract entry-level agents with significant growth potential through various outreach methods.
  • Post job openings on relevant industry platforms to draw in top real estate talent.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive recruitment process to effectively find and evaluate qualified candidates.
  • Maintain precise records of applicants, interviews, and application data to streamline the candidate pipeline while ensuring confidentiality.
  • Manage the hiring process, including scheduling interviews, recommending top candidates, and following up with those not selected.
  • Provide regular updates to the team regarding the effectiveness of different recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales management or a leadership role within a sales environment.
  • A bachelor's degree in business or a related field is required.
  • Demonstrated success in sales is essential.
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills are necessary.
