UniFirst is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business growth
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
- Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
- Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
- 4-year college degree preferred
- 3 or more years of sales management experience
- Valid non-commercial driver's license and safe driving record
- General computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
