Job Title: Sales Manager

UniFirst is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales professionals and driving business growth through strategic sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to achieve sales targets and business growth
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue
  • Conduct sales training and coaching to ensure sales team is equipped with the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance to identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and revenue
Requirements:
  • 4-year college degree preferred
  • 3 or more years of sales management experience
  • Valid non-commercial driver's license and safe driving record
  • General computer skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
