About the Role

Lithia Motors is seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide timely and effective customer follow-up and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly reports to track customer interactions and identify areas for improvement.
  • Conduct training sessions for new customer contact center agents and provide ongoing support to the team.
Requirements
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Ability to solve basic math calculations.
